Rob Boyle, Master's in Physical Therapy, and Bill Freas, CCC-SLP/AUD, established Rehab 1st in 2001 to continue a long history of service to the residents of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Rehab 1st is a comprehensive rehabilitation center with convenient locations in Downtown Cumberland and on Main Street in Frostburg. As a locally owned and operated company, Rehab 1st is dedicated to serving the area's rehabilitation needs. Our staff has years of experience in all aspects of rehabilitation, and prides itself on our Core Values that place quality care and customer service first.

You may schedule an appointment by calling one of our offices directly, or your family physician can schedule an appointment for you. Patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early for their first appointment to complete necessary paperwork.

8:00am-6:30pm Monday - Thursday

8:00am-4:30pm Friday

What to bring:

Your written prescription
Nonrestrictive, comfortable clothing and footwear. (shorts are recommended for back or leg problems)
Insurance information / insurance card
List of medications with dosages
